Key Responsibilities: 

• Handling Dealers Network – visiting them regularly and coaching them / imparting on-job training.
• To make an action plan for gap areas and to discuss with DP/Business Head.
• Circulating Timely Visit reports and Review Mails to Dealers.
• To engage with the Dealer Team to achieve the Monthly KPIs of Customer Care.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Good communication skills (Written & Verbal) – English & Hindi
• Good understanding & past experience in dealer network management in any OEM Automobile industry
• Knowledge in Dealership Operation and Customer Oriented performance. Focused to drive results in Network.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Coaching / On-Job training in 4-wheeler or 2-wheeler industry a must (in Sales or After Sales)
• Engineering Graduate / Diploma (BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mech/Automobile) with good presentation, and interpersonal skills.
